Fall Fashion Trends 2010

Fall 2010 is approaching, with its cool breeze and foggy sky. This fall, different new trends are showing up... As for Colors, Gray is the main attraction, seen in everything from soft dove grays to bright silver.

Other seasonal colors include Olive green, Orange, Cobalt blue, as seen at Burberry Prorsum and Kerry Washington, and they really pop up when matched with basic black.

Gold is the metallic color showed on the military jackets, evening gowns and Michael Kors used it in a 9am business meeting styles. This color doesn’t need any jewelry

Purple, you can use this color widely on your evening wear with black accessories

Camel, shown not only in coats but in separates like blouses and pants you can buffer the color with a contrast skinny belt like in Chloe.

Black the basic color you can use any where, any time as evidence by Zoe Saldans’s lacy number and Stella McCartney

Emerald green, a classic and chic color, to wear this trend play with different textures like Oscar De La Renta did.

You can try new Different looks like the Military look with olive green color, including cargo pants, military jackets for younger people .You can mix them also with Orange ,Purple and Brown

The back to school look, you can try the baggy ripped jeans or the shapeless blazer with then men’s wear prints like plaids and chalk strips.

Vests You can try them on top of any sleeveless shirt or blouse or sleeveless maxi dress.

Animal prints It can be on a skirt or a vest, try the leopard print on a bag or a shoe

Leather jackets followed with different shapes of zips, also leather skirt for working ladies.

Sheath dresses sleeveless with a vest, long sleeve with animal prints or in basic colors like camel and black also with tights underneath.

Tailored

Jackets, coats blazers, suits, vests .I love the details, sharp lapels, well defined shoulders fitted tones silhouette and shaped waists.

Jewel tones Shown in evening dresses and military jackets and satin fabrics.

Mixing prints:

It’s hard and tricky but it’s worth to try, to create a new look. Try to mix prints from the same color scheme or mood or go for the shocking different colors.

Longer skirts It’s easy to wear in any place, grab a sweater or a top with a vest on top and go

Chunky knits No fall without it. It’s essential and a lifetime piece, it gives you the warmth insurance and you won’t need an extra coat or a jacket.

Faux fur It can be in a collar on a jacket, on boots, a bag or vests. It was shown a lot on Channel shows

Color blocking:

Is around in fall 2010 after the solids and the floral color blocking is a real change .In Lacoste, is bright and bold: for DKNY it take on cityscape colors. Also it was shown in red with black, purple with black and black and white

Shoes

Peep toe booties, Over-The-knee boots, high -Heeled Biker Boots, Brogues, Pastel flats Oxford Heels, Jeweled Flats

Bags Are still big to fit in the kitchen sink with metal accessories and studs.

With a quick glance on the show pictures, I can spot new trends. The main was the inverted zips that is sewed on the wrong side, it looks so nice and fresh and catches the eye.Also the crimson color or some time they call it saumon.Studs on a black dress it looks stunnig
Dresses are still on the top short and long for the evening.The new cuts in the dresses are an ampire cut but with a fitted shape.
High heel pump shoes and still large bags are in.
